Method of payment

The total amount and full prepayment of the hotel reservation, as calculated on the booking, must be transferred or paid by credit card, when the booking is submitted. All payments should be made in Swedish Crowns (SEK). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the visitor. No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted. Payment is done by credit card, we accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Please note that all credit card payments are made through secure and encrypted online payment gateway, and will be listed as a transaction with Sweden Meetx AB on your credit card statement. For Swedish organizations with valid vat number invoice is possible as a choice when making the booking.

VAT

Swedish tax legislation requires visitors to pay the hotel fee including Swedish VAT (12%) which may be reimbursed according to specific regulations in your country. If you are from a country in the EU area, please search for the refund of VAT at your tax office, in your home country. Cancellation policy for hotel reservations

1-10 hotel rooms:

When the reservation is confirmed until 8 weeks before arrival, no charge will be taken if reservation is cancelled
From 8 to 6 weeks before arrival – 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
From 6 to 4 weeks before arrival – 80% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
We regret that no cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival will be refunded.

Please note that change of arrival/departure dates within this deadline is to be counted as cancellation. Changes and/or cancellations has to be made directly to Sweden MEETX AB and not to the hotel.

More than 10 hotel rooms:

When the reservation is confirmed until 12 weeks before arrival, no charge will be taken if reservation is cancelled
From 12 to 8 weeks before arrival – 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
From 8 to 4 weeks before arrival – 80% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
We regret that no cancellation within 4 weeks before arrival will be refunded.
